The Global Credit Boutique of NN Investment Management manages a broad range of funds and mandates that invest in High Yield and Investment Grade corporate credit instruments. The global credit team consists of portfolio managers, investment analysts and traders in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

Your main responsibilities

 Perform in-depth analysis on issuers and assigned industries. Analyze financial statements, earnings results, documentation, news, management meetings, trends and data and translate to an investment recommendation.

 Prepare and maintain models and scorecards on issuers, with an emphasis on forecasting and scenario analysis/stress testing.

 Assessment of relative value across issuers, sectors and capital structures and communicating these investment ideas to the team.

 Proactively monitor portfolio holdings and investment opportunities.

 Contribute to a positive team-oriented work environment.

Your experience and skills

 5-15 years of relevant credit research experience in a fixed income corporate credit/analytics role at an asset management firm, investment bank or rating agency.

 Fundamental-based investment experience.

 Excellent modeling skills. Systems and data analytics abilities are a plus.

 Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent interpersonal skills and desire for team-based discussions across industries and issuers.

 Passion for learning and investing.

 Willingness and ability to assess investment ideas from both a portfolio manager and analyst perspective.

 A Bachelor’s Degree and strong academic record is a requirement.

 MBA/CFA or other relevant degree or accreditation (or demonstrated progress towards completion) is preferred.
